Counsel the candidate through resignation to ensure the departure is handled promptly and professionally.

Assist candidate with the transition into the new opportunity

Follow up with the client and candidate at set intervals (30, 60, and 90 days) to ensure successful transition

Provide appropriate feedback to client and candidate

Develop interview strategy including questions and evaluation system with client

Brief Candidates on interview process and provide briefing packages

Facilitate candidate interviews with Client

Check references and verify degrees/credentials on select finalist(s)

Assist in offer negotiations

Create comprehensive candidate assessment report

Review candidate with Client at Status Meeting

Select “Short List” of candidates for Client interviews

Plan/Coordinate candidate/client interview sessions

Conduct in-depth interviews face to face or through online video with qualified candidates

Evaluate candidates past performance as the best predictor of future performance

Conduct preliminary background checks

Provide weekly status reports on the search progress

Identify “long list” of potential candidates

Develop targeted search strategy through our creative analysis of competitors, referrals, social media, advertising, associations, networking, etc.

Prepare target list of companies to identify and summarize the names and titles of prospective candidates.

Conduct initial telephone interviews

Interview client generated candidates

Develop in-depth understanding of position requirements and skills needed by interviewing management, and key staff.

Discuss the implications of these findings on the position and on the search process.

Build a comprehensive set of criteria that reflects both the person and the philosophy of the organization.

Communications and counteroffer response management with guarantee on all placements.

Conduct reference checks, testing, and assisting with creating / extending offer and negotiations.

Work with client on candidate assessments, subsequent interviews, and final evaluation.

Develop Targeted Search Strategy, Sourcing, & Preliminary Screening / Interviews.

Define job duties and expectations. Create assessment of the company personality and company culture.
