    Assist candidate with the transition into the new opportunity

    Follow up with the client and candidate at set intervals (30, 60, and 90 days) to ensure successful transition

    Provide appropriate feedback to client and candidate

  • Develop interview strategy including questions and evaluation system with client

    Brief Candidates on interview process and provide briefing packages

    Facilitate candidate interviews with Client

    Check references and verify degrees/credentials on select finalist(s)

    Assist in offer negotiations

  • Create comprehensive candidate assessment report

    Review candidate with Client at Status Meeting

    Select “Short List” of candidates for Client interviews

    Plan/Coordinate candidate/client interview sessions

  • Conduct in-depth interviews face to face or through online video with qualified candidates

    Evaluate candidates past performance as the best predictor of future performance

    Conduct preliminary background checks

    Provide weekly status reports on the search progress

    Identify “long list” of potential candidates

  • Develop in-depth understanding of position requirements and skills needed by interviewing management, and key staff.

    Discuss the implications of these findings on the position and on the search process.

    Build a comprehensive set of criteria that reflects both the person and the philosophy of the organization.
